City of Columbus Land Stewardship Program
The Land Stewardship Program allows for authorized activities and access for adjacent landowners on Hoover, Griggs, and O’Shaughnessy reservoirs. The program provides a balanced approach to meet water quality needs while maintaining public recreational access to those reservoirs.
High quality water supply sources allow us to provide residents with excellent drinking water at a reasonable cost. Our watershed program’s focus is to protect this vital resource. The Department of Public Utilities created a Watershed Management Section to protect our drinking water sources and supply.
